What's so special about "special feetures"? Apart from specialising only in women's shoes in narrow fittings and longer sizes, special feetures is nothing like an ordinary Mail Order Company. How do we differ?

• All our customer services staff are women. Every style fits a little differently (even if from the same manufacturer) so we all wear our shoes ourselves - that way we know exactly how every style fits and can use that knowledge when advising you.
• We use the information from your fitting chart and purchase records to understand your feet. We combine this information with our knowledge of our shoes to give you personal, honest advice.
• This means we work together with you to ensure 'right first time' ordering.
• We promise that if you order shoes that we think won't fit well, or won't suit your feet, we will tell you. And if we can suggest a similar style that will fit you better, we will.
• By taking this amount of care with every order you place, our rate of returns is exceptionally low. However our "no quibbles" returns policy means that any style that is unsatisfactory for any reason qualifies for a full refund of the purchase price if returned unworn and in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt.
